The course brings in detailed understanding of scrum fundamentals, scrum roles, scrum ceremonies and practices along with case studies to enable the participants to execute and apply the practices to their day-to-day life. The discussions lead to insight of many real life scenarios helping implementing scrum to seek bottom-line positive impact. Agile is the mindset! One needs to develop the intrinsic willingness to implement the agile framework. This course makes participants comfortable using and adapting to the agile concept.

Participants shall undergo an assessment after the course and shall get certificate of achievement [Scrum Implementer Certification] after successfully completing the assessment.
